Aromas include grapefruit zest, freshly cut wood, rosemary, and toasted peanuts, with faint hints of butter and daisies. The palate reveals notes of freshly cut wood, seaweed, lemon juice, pepper, and light tobacco. It pairs well with fresh goat cheese, red plum, and white chocolate. The decanter's vibrant cap showcases handcrafted hummingbirds using traditional lacquering techniques, requiring up to ten days of artisan work.
